On May 21 we released our results for the REALpac/IPD Canada Quarterly Green Property Index.

The REALpac/IPD Canada Quarterly Green Property Index measures the performance of sustainable properties on a quarterly basis and has been developed to help the industry better understand the nuances of the green property market. Importantly, the new index builds on a recognized standard within the Canadian real estate industry.
