IPD Pan-Asia Return Indicator

Anthony De Francesco and Peter Hobbs, MSCI participated in a webinar examining the IPD Pan-Asia Return Indicator results for 2014 and their significance for real estate investors.

The IPD Pan-Asia Return Indicator incorporates a consistent dataset of asset level information across the region held in over 350 institutional investment portfolios. The indicator captures asset level performances across nine Asian countries since just before the GFC (Global Financial Crisis).

The webinar explores the insights into market performance and the comparison of real estate against other asset classes, as well as its use as a benchmark of real estate performance and a tool for strengthening risk management.
