The Property Council/IPD Australian All Property Index, Q2 2015

On August 20, Anthony De Francesco, MSCI was joined by Dejan Radanovic, MSCI and Nicki Hutley, Urbis, for a webinar where they discussed the Q2 2015 results for The Property Council/IPD Australian All Property Index.

The Index provides a broad measure of investment returns for the commercial property market in Australia. It measures ungeared total returns to directly held standing property investments from one open market valuation to the next. The index tracks performance of c1,400 property investments, with a total capital value of A$143 billion.
